Shipping policy

Please bear in mind when placing your order that the majority of our clothing stock is made to order to avoid wastage and so we are estimating a 2-4 week turnaround. 

Orders will be processed and shipped in order or placement but also dependent on arrival from our embroiderer. 

You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched.

AM I ABLE TO COLLECT MY ORDER?

Collection is not currently available, however this is something we will be working to implement in the coming months.

 

CUSTOMS CHARGES

Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Patchwork The Store. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

 

WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER?

If you have received your dispatch email and haven’t received all of your items please contact us within 14 days with your order number and we will have a look into this for you.
