Shipping

Please bear in mind when placing your order that Patchwork The Store Clothing and Neon Palms Clothing / Sweatshirts are made to order to avoid wastage and so we estimate a 2-4 week turnaround for these.  If there are multiple items in your order these will be held until your clothing item/s are ready to ship.  Please get in touch if you require your other items sooner. 

 

Orders will be processed and shipped in order or placement but also, if clothing, dependent on arrival from our embroiderer. 

You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched.

All items are sent by Royal Mail as below: 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

All orders are now sent using DPD.  You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been packed by us and this will subsequently be updated, end-to-end, once it has been collected by DPD.

We aim to get the majority of our (non-clothing / pre-order) orders out within 24-48 hours however this may vary during busy periods.  

Patchwork has a Monday-Friday 'lunchtime' collection from DPD.  DPD aim to deliver all parcels, once collected, within 24 hours.  Orders fulfilled after 2pm will be collected by DPD on the following business day.

**Please note we do not have weekend collections**.

 

AM I ABLE TO COLLECT MY ORDER?

Collection is available from our Torquay distribution centre - please select the collection option at the checkout.

 

CUSTOMS CHARGES

Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Patchwork The Store. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

 

WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER?

If you have received your dispatch email and haven’t received all of your items please contact us within 14 days with your order number and we will have a look into this for you.  **Please note that if your order is returned to us by DPD, due to failed delivery / collection, there may be a charge involved for re-sending this.**
